Puritan’s Pride Triple Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, & Borage Oils is a 3-in-1 combination product designed to support heart health, healthy circulation, and healthy joints.* The product also features evening primrose oil as a source of GLA.

Each serving of 3 softgels provides 1,123 mg of omega-3s, which includes EPA, DHA, and ALA from purified fish oil and organic flax seed oil. It also contains a typical amount of 296 mg of omega-6s, including both LA and GLA, and 235 mg of omega-9 comprised of oleic acid from flax, borage and evening primrose oils.

Directions: For adults, take three (3) softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
